INDEPENDENT CREATOR MODULE REVIEW: Rescue Rainbow City - Awfully Queer Heroes

RELEASE DATE: TBA

Synopsis:
The Queer capital city of all realms has been taken over by an evil entity. Show your Pride and adventure to restore the Gayness.

REVIEW:

I've been lucky enough to have been sent a copy of the initial outline of this release.  Written by two creative independents who are seeking to make the TTRPG space more inclusive.  In this release is a whole set of missions designed for players to help free the city from a bulbous root like monster.

The art I've seen is beautiful, the overall arc sounds amazing and if the rest of the book is as high quality as this beginning with the commissioned artwork that you can see from the taster, its definitely something that a great many will have fun with.

Now whilst I haven't seen the full book, I have had the opportunity to view the first two area's of the city and there's not only a lot of information to utilise but also a wonderful host of NPC's who embody the most of the various cultures in the world to help draw the players in.  They're quirky, they have quite a few twists to them and they feel rounded which also allows the players to form attachments to them, so that they care about the effects of the struggle to free the city.

Back this up with foes who are adjustable, have their own unique flavour and of course each area having its own key buildings and themes really does add a whole set of options that players will adore exploring.  All round a great bit of fun and one that I can't wait to see reach fruition as the professional quality and writing, really do make this a release that is easily on par and in places better what WotC has released in recent years.
