We love to keep an eye out on all sorts of things TTRPG, and one of the games that has grabbed our attention is Malediction, a game made in association with Loot Studios, where you get STL files for home printing and cards where you can boost your army up to take out your opponent, apparently its "easy to learn but hard to master" but the whole concept of being able to pick up cards and create something unique means no two battles will ever be the same due to constant development and a good dose of luck can turn the game on its head.
Where you can find Live Game Play
If this sounds like your sort of game and you're curious about it, the next stop for them demonstrating it is going to be GenCon where they will also have not only learn to play but 1v1 and 2v2 competitive play, so if you think your deck is ready bring it to the table.
For those not going to GenCon, Max Driemer, at the Stallstraegen Club in Telgte, Germany,(One of the True Heralds for Malediction) has regular game nights with Demon Stables and free to play events now working hard on bringing the first tournament to the schedule having grown the player base of around 12 people to monthly painting and hobby challenges.
