PROJECT UPDATE: Summer Boarding Party Update - Limithron

Hail Mighty Readers and Followers of the Luck Gods Math Rocks,

Our friends at Limithron, have sent out an update for the Summer Boarding Party project which ran three campaigns for the Pirate Borg Game, here's what they had to say as well as links to the relevant projects so you can easily keep one eye on things...

"Ahoy!

Zac here. I've got your monthly update on the status of the project, plus a new contest we'd love for you to be a part of, and a couple of upcoming 3rd-Party releases....

We're running another contest!

This month, run a session (or several) of Into The Maelstrom, one of the adventures in Down Among the Dead, and earn swag, plus a chance to win grand prizes.

Each participating group will receive six (6) Maelstrom stickers and event-exclusive discount codes for at-cost webstore merch.

Two winners will be selected to win the Grand Prizes. Each Grand Prize includes six (6) Into The Maelstrom d2 coins, one (1) Into The Maelstrom tee or hoodie, and one (1) limited-edition copy of Down Among the Dead signed by Luke Stratton a.k.a. Limithron himself!

It's a bit short notice, but we're also not expecting you to start and finish the adventure within the next few weeks. This Ravenloft-inspired, gothic horror adventure just goes perfectly with the season, and we'd love to see tables all across the country diving in.

PARROT BORG

Or newest adventure, PARROT BORG, is out now on the webshop, and if you added it as an add-on in your Backerkit, you'll be getting access to the PDF today!

Otherwise, you can pick it up in print, digital, or Roll20/Foundry VTT here: https://shop.limithron.com/products/parrot-borg

Kickstarter/Backerkit Update

If you missed the Kickstarter, you can preorder everything on Backerkit: https://pirate-map-collection.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders

Digital Fulfillment

We've got about 45 items fulfilling digitally on Backerkit right now, and the Map Collection should be arriving pretty soon. Basically, you guys are going to get it as soon as we kick off the files to the manufacturer, which could be just about any day.

For the Encounter Atlas, we're still a bit further out. Luke's neck-deep in writing up one of the two Stretch Goal dungeons, which you can read about here. In that post, he also shares his "Dungeon Checklist" for making your own Limithron-style Pirate Borg Adventures!

Missing Backerkit Surveys

21% of you haven't filled out your survey yet. If you can't find your Pledge Manager survey when you login to Backerkit, here are some things to try:

• Search your email for "Response Needed — Get your reward for Limithron's Map Collection", or
• Check your login, some folks end up with two different Backerkit email profiles, or
• If you absolutely can’t find your survey, you can request it directly: pirate-map-collection.backerkit.com, or
• If all of those fail, you can hit me up (zac@limithron.com), giving me your name and Backer Number, and I'll help if I can.

If you still want to get in on the Kickstarter: pre-order everything here.

Early-Bird & Boarding Party Rewards

If you think your Pledge Manager is missing the compass rose coin or patch for being a Boarding Party backer or Early-Bird backer (respectively), fill out this form, and I'll get it sorted within a few days.

Finally, next week we're all headed to Gamehole Con! This is one of my favorite shows of the year, and it will also be the inaugural show for our "Ship of the Dead Cargo Hold" at the booth, where we'll be featuring/selling some of our favorite non-Pirate Borg games and adventures from across the OSR.

If you're going, there's still a handful of our games with available seats!

See you there?
