We always wanted to create our own tabletop game that will be fun and easy to play.  Along with the miniatures, terrain and props we have created all these years, we want to bring everything together into our own unique fantasy universe and lore.

Our love for dungeon Crawl games inspired us to create the Dread Torch Dungeon Crawl Game System!

We have been working on Dread Torch for some time and we are happy to bring you an early version of this game!

Dread Torch is a fast-paced dungeon crawling game designed for:

🎲 Solo play

🎲 Cooperative play

🎲 Fast setup and brutal gameplay

🎲 Old-school dark fantasy atmosphere

Heroes descend into forgotten crypts, cursed halls, ancient ruins, and monster-infested dungeons searching for gold, relics, and survival itself.

But the deeper you go… the darker the dungeon becomes.

At the center of the game is the Torch mechanic — a shared resource representing light, hope, and time itself.  As the Torch fades, the dungeon grows more dangerous!

We created a new Welcome Pack that will serve as a “starter bundle” to play your first Dread Torch adventures!

In addition to the Core Rules and the Weeping Crypt introductory scenario, you will also find miniatures, dungeon props and 3D printable Tokens and character sheets for an immersive gaming exprience!  (Editor - Whilst not available as physical media directly from CGF on their website, in the future this will hopefully be an option.)

 

Steamforged Games, have sent out a special mail in regard to some forthcoming releases.  Here's what they had to say:

Two updates today from Steamforged Games Warmachine, firstly that they've had a sudden influx of Southern Kriels Kithguard, so there's fab new Kithguard Auxiliary Expansion for your army.  Lead by the indomitable Major Abraham Stormcraw it features Throatcutters and Steelbacks.

Secondly, the Cryx are creeping closer with the Mind Thief pre-order and rules — Ready to offer its sinister services across the Iron Kingdoms and the Cryx Black Fleet coming to MyMiniFactory Frontier which you can follow the campaign here which will be releasing the mini's in the fourth quarter of the year. 

Elderbrain (whose Backerkit Campaign for Spawns of the Mindrender closes in 9 days have given us an update on the voting:

After the two-part vote covering both the class and its specialization, the winning combination is Ranger with the Counter Action Specialization.

We are now hard at work developing the subclass, officially titled the Monster-Breaker Conclave Ranger.

Built to counter monstrous abilities and bring down terrifying foes through skill, precision, and focused tactics, this subclass will soon be released in PDF format through a future campaign update available exclusively to backers.

KICKSTARTER: Death X Tiles: Spaceship - CastnPlay

Here at Totally Pawsome we are majorly in love with not just mini's but scenery.  Whilst we love a lot of the new games, we also love to revisit some of the older one that we had a ton of fun with, and thought that this latest kickstarter from our friends at CastnPlay, would be ideal for anyone wanting to make a 3d Space Hulk board or even a spaceship for some futuristic TTRPG's.

If you act now you can get on the Early Bird offering (the whole set is only $7 this week) and we can't wait to see what people come up with.

TTRPG NEWS: CastnPlay's latest trailer has us foaming at the mouth for more - Cast n Play

Here at Totally Pawsome we are majorly in love with not just mini's but scenery.  We're always loving picking up pieces that we can sit down with, paint and get ready to create scenario's to utilise them with, so when we caught the latest Cast'n'Play trailer last night, we couldn't wait to get up this morning and let people know about it.

Whilst we're not aware of the timeframe for funding for this, we really want to get our hands on the graveyard set and with so many options being added each time something new comes out, it won't be long before we'll have to find some new storage solutions.  But don't take our word for it, have a look yourself...
