NEWS UPDATE: PortHaven Fulfilment and Future Dungeons and Lasers Projects on Hold - Archon Studio

Hi Everyone,

We had a mail through from Archon Studio that has an update in regard to not only the PortHaven campaign but also about Campaigns that they'll be running.

Here's what they had to say in the update plus links to the relevant pages:

Greetings, Adventurers!

First of all, we'd like to apologize for the lack of an update last week - part of our team was away at a trade show and this caused difficulties in communication. These are the current numbers that we can share today:

- 646 pledges have been shipped

- 6,971 pledges are left

Unfortunately, the warehouse encountered some issues in the past week and we have had to spend time on restructuring our inventorizing process (essentially, how things are logged so we know where things are and how much we have in stock). We currently plan to resume shipping on Monday.

Digital PDFs - Coming Shortly

Gamefound recently added the option to send digital pledge rewards to backers, and we will be utilizing it to send the Campaign Book PDFs to all backers - you can expect to receive an email soon!

The Future of D&L

These past two campaigns have made us realize that we need more stable groundwork in order to deliver on our promises of delivering high quality miniatures, quickly and affordably . Specifically when it comes to the speed of fulfilment, the rate at which we have grown has caused unforseen issues in this regard, and it's something that we want to correct.

For now and for the forseeable future, we are holding off on releasing any new D&L crowdfunding campaigns until we're able to return to the quality of service that used to be synonymous with D&L. Shipping of Porthaven will continue as planned until we have finished shipping to every backer, including replacements.
